📋 Description

• Provide reporting and analysis supporting Sales Operations and Executive leadership • Track sales productivity, analyze pipelines, and support forecasting • Support data mapping, cleanup, and enhancements to PowerBI reporting • Complete ad hoc pipeline and sales analyses for Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership • Support pipeline trends newsletters and firmwide communications • Ensure completeness and integrity of Salesforce data feeding PowerBI operational reports • Support Sales Operations through acquisitions and integrations • Assist with Market, Segment, and Industry Meeting content and talking points • Train employees on PowerBI, Salesforce, and other data-centric reports and metrics • Audit Salesforce pipeline data for accuracy and currency • Use sales tools and research platforms to create market and industry analyses • Support development of robust sales training programs • Undertake ad hoc projects • Work across accounting, operations, talent deployment, marketing, finance, scheduling, IT, and executive management teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a financial/business analyst role focused on the sales organization • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, index match, indirect and offset functions, and modeling is a plus), Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM tool required • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to work in dynamic environments • Ability to craft and deliver verbal and written messages and recommendations to varied audiences • Ability to develop relationships in person and over the phone • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, and remain organized • Ability to exercise judgment, discretion, and confidentiality • Ability to work non-standard business hours as needed • Willingness to work the 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST shift
