• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Ironclad implementations. • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle processes. • Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation. • Collaborate with technical teams during implementation and integrations. • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. • Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant. • Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration. • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. • Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation. • Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad. • Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications. • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile methodologies. • Experience with Legal Operations, Procurement, or Contract Management is preferred. • Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise applications is a plus. • Experience with process mapping and business process improvement initiatives is a plus. • Prior experience in enterprise SaaS implementations is a plus.
