📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer contacts through voice and/or digital channels as assigned in Japanese and English • Resolve booking, travel, hospitality or service queries accurately and empathetically • Follow documented processes, quality standards and CRM workflows • Work rotational shifts, including weekends • Escalate complex cases appropriately • Contribute to a positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent Japanese and excellent English • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends • Able to work from home anywhere in Malaysia, or overseas with confirmed visa eligibility for Malaysia • Preferred: background in travel, hospitality, airline, booking-platform or BPO / contact-centre environments • For overseas applicants seeking visa eligibility: degree plus at least 3 years' relevant experience, or diploma plus at least 5 years' relevant experience • Visa processing takes at least 2 weeks; start timing must allow for this
