📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java applications • Build REST APIs and business-critical solutions using Spring Boot and Hibernate • Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and testable code • Ensure performance, scalability, and security in application design • Guide and mentor Associates (L1/L2) and interns in coding practices • Contribute to system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural improvements • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for better performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

🎯 Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields • 3–4 years of Java backend development experience • Proven experience designing and developing scalable APIs and services • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Boot • Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for integrations • Experience in code reviews, performance optimisation, and mentoring juniors • Strong experience with Core Java 8 and above and OOPS concepts • Hands-on expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs • Knowledge of multithreading, annotations, templates, and design patterns • Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, including MySQL/Oracle • Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax for front-end integration • Experience with Maven, Git, JUnit, and logging frameworks such as Slf4j/Log4j • Ability to take ownership of modules • Good communication and leadership skills with mentoring capabilities • Familiarity with Spring AI is desirable/added advantage
