📋 Description

• Ensure the group experiences all program elements in a fluid, meaningful, and enjoyable way. • Lead and manage all logistics and support educational delivery. • Conduct orientation and farewell briefings. • Anticipate and resolve program issues on site. • Liaise with local guides and instructors for content presentation. • Provide suggestions for free time opportunities and organize group dining.

🎯 Requirements

• Group leadership experience in an educational and/or travel program environment. • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience strongly preferred. • Strong leadership skills to build group cohesion. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills and excellent command of English. • Should be capable of operating basic AV functions. • Must have hiking experience and be able to hike with participants in all three groups.
