📋 Description
• Processes the organization’s human resource information using efficient computer systems • Leads initiatives to design, develop, and implement HR information systems • Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems • Solves complex problems and manages projects • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • Mentors team members and provides oversight for platform changes
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in higher education field preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills with various audiences • Ability to tailor communications appropriate to the audience • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to develop a rapport with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders • Proven track record executing multiple work streams and producing consistent results • Strong understanding of system/application administration activities • Experience with project management from planning through implementation • Flexibility/adaptability to ever-changing requirements and priorities in project and operational environments • Excellent Leadership abilities • Proven track record of problem solving and creative thinking
