📋 Description

• Run operations end to end • Lead a team of around 25 people • Report directly to the CEO • Manage both macro-level operations and operational details in a hands-on senior leadership role • Coordinate complex operations involving multiple moving parts and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running operations at a fast-growing startup in delivery, mobility, staffing, marketplaces, or a comparable workforce-coordination environment • Experience leading teams and owning outcomes • Experience working in messy, fast-paced environments • Fluent English required • Comfortable working European hours • Available soon • Spanish and German preferred • Recruitment, staffing, or relocation experience is a plus • Launching a market or city from scratch is a strong plus
