📋 Description
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and professionals • Represent the Rocket brand in community functions • Establish, develop and maintain a book of business • Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products • Advise clients on the home-buying or refinance process • Evaluate client financial status and documents • Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing • Provide best client service in the industry • Stay up to date on Rocket Mortgage’s product offerings
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in mortgage loan origination • Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses • Professional communication skills • Time management skills • Critical/strategic thinking skills • Results-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team • 3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred)
