📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end configuration support, CMDB governance, and environment support across Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace Platform and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem. • Develop and update Configuration Management plans and Change Management processes. • Work closely with program requirements analysts, external system partners, Nuvolo/ServiceNow platform teams, and Technical Support to ensure that configuration artifacts, integrations, workflows, and releases are properly documented. • Use the CMDB, Change Request processes, and integration pipeline for development, deployment, and production environments. • Create/manage GitHub repositories, maintain configuration libraries, and submit/approve Change Requests through ServiceNow.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree). • Minimum 5 years of IT experience , with at least: 2 years performing Integration Management functions , including traceability, change control, audits, documentation, and ITSM. • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Concepts and lifecycle management. • Experience working with Nuvolo modules or similar enterprise asset/workplace management platforms . • Strong attention to detail—quality of processes, documentation, and configuration data is critical. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience interacting with customers and internal teams. • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Public Trust (High-Risk) Position . • Must have valid U.S. work authorization and 3+ years of continuous U.S. residency .
