📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with legal and internal standards and conduct audits with a focus on labor law • Develop partner vetting and monitoring tools; implement pragmatic, scalable risk solutions • Resolve ticket escalations and enforce contractual penalties up to offboarding non-performing partners • Standardize contracts in cooperation with the Legal department and coordinate between DSPs, Customer Care and Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in compliance, risk management, auditing or logistics; experience with third-party audits and contractual penalties • Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar) and solid knowledge of European labor law and regulatory frameworks • Analytical mindset for early risk detection, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills • Fluent in English and German • Driver’s license (Class B) for travel related to audits • Preferred: background in highly regulated logistics environments (e.g., food safety) or vendor risk management
