📋 Description
• Handling tax liabilities • Drafting and reviewing legal filings • Managing judicial and administrative proceedings • Enrolling in installment/payment plans • Discussing strategies with clients • Reviewing internal documents (contracts, NDAs, internal policies, etc.)
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience with tax liabilities • Experience in administrative litigation • Experience with ancillary tax obligations (tax compliance filings) • Accounting knowledge • Proficiency in Excel • Use of AI tools for daily tasks • Knowledge of Power BI (desirable) • Experience in other areas of law (desirable) • Postgraduate degree in Tax Law (desirable)
