• Als Mitglied unseres Recruitingteams unterstützen Sie unsere Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von High Potentials für den Einstieg in die Beratung in Zentraleuropa. • Sie behalten den Bewerbungseingang im Blick, prüfen und bewerten die Bewerbungsunterlagen. • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Recruitingtagen und sorgen so für einen erfolgreichen Ablauf unserer Auswahlprozesse. • Dabei stehen Sie in engem Kontakt mit unserem Recruiting-Team in München und unseren Interviewern.
🎯 Requirements
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse • Idealerweise (erste) Erfahrungen im Recruiting • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte sorgfältige Arbeitsweise • Kommunikationsstärke • Engagierter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
