• Jelöltek aktív keresése (sourcing) különböző felületeken • Álláshirdetések posztolása, frissítése • Jelöltek keresése és szűrése az adatbázisban, jelölt adatok frissen tartása • Interjúk szervezésének támogatása • A belső csapat HR-feladatainak támogatása • Potenciális pozíciók felfedezése
🎯 Requirements
• Érdekel az IT világ és a toborzás / HR • Szívesen kommunikálsz emberekkel – főleg írásban, online felületeken • Magyarul anyanyelvi szinten, angolul folyékonyan, kommunikációképesen beszélsz és írsz • Nem ijedsz meg az adminisztratív feladatoktól, sőt szereted, ha rend van az adatokban • Tudsz önállóan dolgozni, de kérdezni sem félsz, ha elakadsz • Előny, de nem feltétel: HR / pszichológia / gazdasági / informatikai tanulmányok • Bármilyen korábbi tapasztalat toborzásban, ügyfélkezelésben vagy adminisztrációban
