• Manage proposal and tender processes for utility-scale battery energy storage systems for the EU and UK markets • Lead technical and commercial evaluation of complex inquiries and tenders for utility-scale battery energy storage systems at medium and high voltage levels • Lead the preparation of complex tenders and take responsibility for the entire submission process through to contract award • Work independently and serve as the technical knowledge center for Sales on electrical engineering matters • Lead collaboration with internal teams, particularly Sales and Engineering/Software, as well as external suppliers and partners • Responsible for technical proposals and sales engineering, including review of battery energy storage systems, inverters, transformers, plant components (Balance of Plant) and high-voltage systems
• University degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) or Business Administration • Extensive professional experience in (maintenance) services for battery energy storage systems, ideally from perspectives such as strategy, business development, sales or commercial management • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and negotiation skills • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken • German language skills are desirable • Flexibility and willingness to travel • Team player with intercultural competence • Proficient in MS Office applications • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
