📋 Description

• Responsible for budget management and continuous performance analysis based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cancellation data • Plan, implement, and optimize international affiliate campaigns to increase visibility and conversions • Research, communicate with, and onboard publishers • Work closely with marketing managers across all Experiences, Retail, and Content, as well as designers and Partner Management, to coordinate campaign content • Conduct market and competitor analyses and derive strategic recommendations for action • Develop initiatives and strategically advance the affiliate channel • Expand the network and optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a comparable qualification • At least two years of professional experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing • Confident working with common affiliate network platforms • Strong analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a basic technical understanding • Independent, structured working style with a strong focus on results • Passion for cycling experiences, whether on a road bike, gravel bike, mountain bike, or in the city
