📋 Description

• Support participants with hands-on online marketing projects • Serve as the first point of contact for questions, providing empathetic, solution-oriented, and patient support • Help overcome learning barriers and build participants’ confidence • Explain complex concepts and provide support with practical application assignments • Encourage hands-on implementation using tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva • Work closely with instructors • Share insights from the learner experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program • Participate in weekly team calls • Help shape processes and further enhance program quality

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or college, ideally studying marketing, communications, media informatics, or a related field • Initial professional experience in online marketing, for example through an internship, personal projects, working-student roles, or freelancing • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, TYPO3, or similar systems • Strong teaching instincts and patience • Excellent communication skills • Fluent German (C1+) • Outstanding written and spoken German at a native or C2 level • Confident communication in English and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment • Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility • Excellent organizational skills and an independent working style • Enthusiasm for learning and a strong affinity for digital technologies • Availability for at least four afternoons per week from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
