📋 Description
• Budget responsibility and continuous performance analysis based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cancellation data, etc. • Planning, implementation and optimization of affiliate campaigns to increase visibility and conversions • International publisher research, communication and onboarding • Close collaboration with marketing managers across all experience lines (e.g., Adventure, Race), retail, content, design and partner management to align campaign content • Market and competitor analyses and derivation of strategic recommendations • Development of measures and strategic further development of the affiliate channel • Expansion of the network and optimization of processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a comparable qualification • Minimum 2 years' professional experience in affiliate/performance marketing • Confident use of common affiliate network platforms • Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making and a basic technical understanding • Independent and structured working style with a strong focus on results • You have a passion for cycling experiences, whether on the road, gravel, mountain bike or in the city
