📋 Description

• Budget responsibility and continuous performance analysis based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cancellation data • Planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns to increase international visibility and conversions • Publisher research, communication, and onboarding • Close collaboration with marketing managers across all Experiences, Retail, and Content teams, as well as designers and Partner Management, to align campaign content • Market and competitor analyses, including the development of strategic recommendations • Developing initiatives and strategically advancing the affiliate channel • Expanding the network and optimizing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of professional experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing • Confident use of standard affiliate network platforms • Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a basic technical understanding • Independent, structured working style with a strong focus on results • Passion for cycling experiences, whether on a road bike, gravel bike, mountain bike, or in the city
