📋 Description

• You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, clothing and cycling accessories • You record customer orders and handle complaints • You plan and design product displays in the shop • You perform basic workshop tasks • You hand over new bicycles to our customers • You help shape our cycling community and inspire people to become part of it

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, ideally with a focus on bicycle technology, or completed training as a bicycle mechatronics technician • Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries • Strong service and customer orientation • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and confident use of MS Office programs • Knowledge of English is an advantage
