📋 Description

• Support emerging matters and projects across departments • Prepare correspondence, for example with partners • Prepare and follow up on matters • Conduct comprehensive research on specific legal questions and exciting projects • Support the Legal team in negotiations and contract management • Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines, and processes, for example in compliance and risk management • Draft, review, and assess contracts, overviews, presentations, legal opinions, position papers, and other legal documents in German and English • Act as a point of contact for internal departments and develop initial internal recommendations on legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing an advanced degree (at least in the fifth semester; ideally having completed the First State Examination) in business law, law, or a related field • Ideally, some initial experience or internships in a company or law firm • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and all commonly used MS applications • Structured, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working • Independence, reliability, initiative, strong commitment, and motivation • Interest in addressing legal questions and developing solutions in a business context • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, with professional working proficiency
