• Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred • Proven 2+ year track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare and/or radiology (Diagnostic Imaging) setting or other healthcare staffing services. • Experience in calling into hospitals, healthcare systems and FSEDs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools. Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred. • Must comfortable with occasional travel to client sites, company meetings & industry events • Knowledge and experience with sales related platforms like Definitive or Apollo preferred
