📋 Description

• Identifying decision-makers (CEOs, C-suite, HR leads, founders) • Conducting outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, warm calling) • Presenting our services using high-level scripts and frameworks • Handling qualification conversations with professionalism • Booking meetings for senior leadership • Closing consultancy, HR audit, recruitment, and training deals • Working with our CRM specialist to manage leads and follow-up flows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with senior executives • Clear, polished communication • Background in: ️ B2B sales ️ Recruitment ️ Consultancy ️ HR or talent services (preferred but not required) • Ability to pitch premium services • Professionalism, resilience, and independence • Existing network (a bonus, not a requirement)
