📋 Description

• Write, test, and maintain product or system code, contributing to design decisions and solution implementation • Debug, optimize, and resolve issues in existing systems, ensuring high performance and reliability • Apply design practices focused on scalability, consistency, and fault tolerance in mission-critical applications • Actively participate in defining architecture and development best practices • Collaborate with other technical teams, clearly communicating requirements and solutions • Work in environments that use containers, orchestration, and cloud services, ensuring efficient and secure operations • Provide peers and stakeholders with visibility into the team’s work and results, ensuring continuous alignment on progress and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing applications with Go (Golang) • Technical English proficiency for reading documentation, investigating issues, and communicating in a development context • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies • Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processing, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent technologies • Familiarity with GitHub and code versioning best practices • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar technologies • Strong understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and performance optimization • Commitment to development best practices, code quality, testing, and software architecture • Experience with mission-critical, distributed, and highly available applications • Experience working on projects in the financial services or payments industry • Knowledge of languages used in the company’s ecosystem, such as Elixir and Go • Experience with functional programming and ecosystems such as Erlang, Clojure, or Lisp • Knowledge of OTP (Open Telecom Platform) and concepts within the Erlang/Elixir ecosystem • Active participation in the Go community and a continuous interest in learning and technical growth • Ability to collaborate with different teams and communicate technical decisions clearly and objectively
