📋 Description

• Develop, validate, monitor, and enhance statistical, predictive, and Machine Learning models • Explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data • Transform data into actionable insights to support decision-making • Develop analytical studies and models focused on customer behavior, patterns, and business opportunities • Build and implement scalable analytical solutions with quality, efficiency, and reliability • Conduct exploratory analyses, hypothesis tests, and impact assessments • Identify opportunities to optimize processes through Data Science, Statistics, and Artificial Intelligence • Integrate data from different internal and external sources, ensuring consistency and quality • Partner with Business, Data Engineering, and Technology teams • Monitor models in production and propose continuous improvements • Research and apply new methodologies, algorithms, and technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong experience applying Data Science to solve business problems • Advanced knowledge of the full analytical and Machine Learning model development lifecycle, from data exploration through deployment, production monitoring, and continuous improvement • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar tools • Experience working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data • Experience with AWS ecosystem services applied to Data and Machine Learning • Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability, hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and model evaluation • Experience developing, validating, monitoring, and enhancing predictive models and Machine Learning algorithms • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and statistical model metrics • Knowledge of Git • Experience working with Scrum or Kanban • Preferred: MLOps, deployment and monitoring tools, Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras), LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, AWS or Machine Learning certifications, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
