‱ Independent responsibility for your sales territory, managing existing customers and developing potential new accounts ‱ Identifying customer needs and potential in your sales area, and continuously monitoring competitors to ensure our sustained success ‱ Establishing close, long-term customer relationships and advising clients on multi-year demand planning ‱ Developing your sales region through targeted marketing and sales activities in line with our growth strategy ‱ Preparing customer-focused proposals in close cooperation with Application Support, Engineering and Production ‱ Presenting our products and services to customers and at trade fairs ‱ Independently handling contractual negotiations from both technical and commercial perspectives

🎯 Requirements

‱ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field ‱ Proven experience and success in international sales of technically complex, consultative products ‱ Persuasive, personable sales professional who leverages networks and works effectively in a team ‱ Strong technical understanding and ideally experience in our customers' industries ‱ Ability to think in terms of customer needs while implementing them in line with corporate strategy ‱ High affinity for sales-support tools such as CRM, with a drive to use them effectively to generate results ‱ Willingness to travel internationally frequently ‱ Excellent French and English language skills
