• Payroll closing • Management and submission of information to eSocial • Occupational health oversight • Responding to employees to clarify questions about processes and benefits • Administration of benefits (medical and dental insurance, gym, life insurance, transportation voucher and meal allowance) • Preparation and maintenance of documents and Excel spreadsheets.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Accounting • Intermediate Excel skills • Knowledge of RM Labore (TOTVS) is desirable.
