📋 Description

• Payroll finalization and closing • Management and submission of information to eSocial • Occupational health monitoring and control • Employee support to clarify questions about HR processes and benefits • Benefits administration (health and dental insurance, gym membership, life insurance, transportation voucher (VT) and meal allowance (VR)) • Preparation and maintenance of documents and Excel spreadsheets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or Accounting • Intermediate knowledge of Excel • Knowledge of RM Labore (TOTVS) system is a plus
