📋 Description

• Support engineering and business teams by keeping priorities clear, tasks organized, and communication flowing. • Maintain structured, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring plans, progress, and key information are easy to follow. • Organize tasks in project management tools (Jira, Asana), track deadlines, and follow up to keep projects moving. • Ensure the projects you manage are aligned with departmental and company OKRs. • Build good working relationships across teams and roles, translating between different perspectives and helping everyone stay on the same page.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of experience in a tech company in a role such as project coordination, business analysis, marketing, sales, or another role involving cross-team collaboration. • Problem-solving attitude, prioritization skills, and curiosity to grow in the field of project management. • General understanding of how tech companies operate. • Experience with task/project management tools such as Jira or Asana. • English (C1) – you will have to write and upkeep documentation in English. • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong organizational and structured work habits • Ability to work with different personalities and approaches • Proactive, straightforward, and reliable attitude.
