📋 Description

• Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by global business units • Analyze current tools and systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement • Translate internal business needs into clear specifications and coordinate implementation with technical development teams • Coordinate tasks in the HQ Tech Support queue, provide daily operational support, and validate new functionalities from a user perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local tech teams and global stakeholders • An exceptional ability to explain complex technological topics and system behaviors clearly • High level of independence, proactivity, and the capability to drive tasks forward without micromanagement • An analytical mindset with the ability to step into the user's shoes while keeping the strategic goals of the headquarters in mind
