📋 Description
• Maintain, develop and grow business within assigned geographies • Sign new locations and renew existing customer relationships to attain or exceed sales goals • Accountable for the entire sales process for value-added oil management programs • Coordinate restaurant level training and resolving issues • Accurately forecast new business and consistently achieve agreed upon business targets
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and three or more years of outside sales experience and/or training • Outside sales and strategic selling experience • Proven ability to deliver results with highly successful and skilled franchise business owners • Ability to travel within designated territory daily with 15-20% overnight travel required • Effective organizational planning, communication, problem solving and superior time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and along with Sales Force and Tableau
