📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures across assigned locations. • Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. • Partner with regional and local leadership to identify safety trends, develop corrective actions, and monitor performance metrics. • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective and preventive actions. • Deliver and coordinate EHS training, including new hire orientation, safety meetings, and specialized regulatory training. • Oversee environmental programs including waste management, spill prevention, and sustainability initiatives. • Manage EHS data reporting and ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Serve as a subject matter expert for regional leadership and field operations on EHS matters. • Promote employee engagement and accountability for safety through proactive communication, coaching, and recognition. • Collaborate with corporate EHS to align regional programs with company-wide strategy and compliance goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience, including multi-site or regional management. • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. • Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive cultural change across diverse teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
