đ Description
⢠Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments ⢠Support virtual infrastructure using Nutanix, VMware, and Citrix technologies ⢠Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and infrastructure issues ⢠Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server replication ⢠Implement system updates and enhancements following established best practices ⢠Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain system security and compliance ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise infrastructure ⢠Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with user training ⢠Reference written work instructions for daily job activities ⢠Travel to the Santa Isabel site location as needed
đŻ Requirements
⢠University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience ⢠2+ years administering and supporting VMware environments, including vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi ⢠Experience implementing, migrating, supporting, and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure and architecture solutions ⢠Experience administering or supporting enterprise data storage technologies, including NAS and SAN solutions ⢠Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting hyperconverged infrastructure solutions such as Nutanix and Citrix platforms ⢠Experience with enterprise networking technologies, including TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, and routers ⢠Experience developing technical solutions and documentation for complex infrastructure issues and recurring issue prevention ⢠U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract ⢠Must currently live in Puerto Rico ⢠Written work instructions are available in English only
