📋 Description

• Execute procurement processes, including RFP (Request for Proposal) management, negotiation preparation, and cost analysis, to support operational goals and strategies. • Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction. • Manage purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and securing favorable terms. • Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate pricing to ensure efficient and smooth procurement operations. • Coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues such as shortages or late deliveries. • Build and manage relationships with suppliers within a specific commodity to align with business needs and performance expectations. • Oversee schedules and purchase orders for assigned commodities, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with less than 2 years of relevant experience • Advanced proficiency in English • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English. • Experience using SAP or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with supply chain processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. • Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules, purchase orders, and deliveries effectively.
