📋 Description

• Lead procurement processes, sourcing strategies, RFP development, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis activities. • Purchase goods, materials, and services while ensuring favorable commercial terms and compliance with company policies. • Prepare and manage purchase orders, pricing agreements, and procurement documentation. • Analyze supplier pricing, financial data, and market trends to support sourcing decisions and cost reduction initiatives. • Develop bid packages and evaluate supplier proposals for new business opportunities. • Monitor supplier and contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business requirements. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to resolve complex supply chain issues while responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations. • Proactively identify, mitigate, and minimize supply chain risks to prevent production disruptions. • Manage supplier relationships by expediting deliveries, resolving shortages, and driving continuous performance improvements. • Prepare procurement metrics, presentations, and executive-level reports while supporting audits.

🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written) • U.S. citizenship is required
