📋 Description

• Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of very complex proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for submission in response to request for proposal (RFP) • Thoroughly understands cost burdening and fee application to accurately build up proposal cost/price • Prepares complex financial summaries, performs detailed analysis, and breaks down complex information into key takeaways allowing Senior Management to make informed business decisions • Partners with contracts and is capable of leading customer fact-finding, negotiations, and DCAA/DCMA audits • Collaborates with leadership and various functional teams to gather information, share insights, and facilitate informed decision-making. • Assesses the financial implications of pricing strategies and ensures accuracy and integrity of current cost and pricing data • Leads the proposal team in identifying, assessing, and quantifying proposal risks and/or opportunities • Participates in internal/external audits with limited supervision • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements • Ability to travel domestic less than 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Previous U.S. Government Contracting Regulations experience required • Experience with SAP, BMW, PARS, ProPricer and MS Excel • Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and General Accepted Accounting Principles
