📋 Description

• Manage execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategies, including RFPs, Risk and Opportunities, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution • Support, review and assess request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages • Implement key performance indicators internally and with our supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers and ensure adherence to the plan. • Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements • Support and engage with various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas • Lead projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement • Support supply chain lead for internal and external audits regarding material and cost validations • Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of developmental results • Explain policies, practices, and procedures and may influence others • Problems faced are difficult and require consideration of multiple variables and courage to make risk-based decisions • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience • Experience with supply chain, vendor management, Risk Assessment/Mitigation and/or performance management • ERP work experience, i.e., SAP • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
