• Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences that directly impact growth and patient outcomes. • Own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and other engineers to run experiments, ship improvements, and iterate based on real data. • Build systems for scale by optimizing for performance, correctness, and resilience as the business grows
• 3+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready software systems. • Strong core engineering fundamentals, including solid skills in API design, data modeling, and developing clean, performant code. • Proven full-stack or specialized capability building user-facing product experiences (frontend frameworks, state management) OR robust backend services supporting user flows. • End-to-end feature ownership with a demonstrated ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs, raise risks early, and communicate technical concepts clearly. • Active experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) into your daily coding workflow with a distinct point of view on their strengths and limitations.
