β’ Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts β’ Ability to develop trusted customer relationships in a positive, patient, and friendly manner, utilizing good interpersonal skills β’ Implementation and configuration of proprietary software and hardware β’ Onsite installations, process development, and customer training β’ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products, solutions, and services according to customer needs and objectives β’ Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement within the customer environment β’ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory β’ Document customer equipment and usage β’ Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications with internal and external customers and vendors β’ Attention to detail and the ability to work independently β’ Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, at a wide variety of customer sites, in conjunction with RES team members using various communication resources (phone, email, app, web, in-person) β’ Track customer calls and create required reports β’ Follows all company policies and procedures β’ Coordinate job/equipment flow and schedule with team and customers β’ Complete and demonstrate a full understanding of ongoing training concepts and applications β’ Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
β’ Trade or Technical school certification/diploma or equivalent work experience β’ Experience with software-related applications, MS Office Suite products, and other Commercial Off Shelf (COTS) products β’ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs β’ Listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills β’ Effectively communicate technical ideas and processes β’ Understanding of physical electrical wiring and mechanical applications β’ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and meets deadlines β’ Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills β’ Strong written/verbal communication skills; good math skills β’ Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred β’ Effectively sets priorities β’ Ability to track and report on opportunities for improvement and success β’ Listening effectively when others are speaking β’ Credible, responsive team-player β’ Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations β’ 21 years of age (minimum) β’ Overnight travel required with multi-customer visits across the US
