📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day Amazon Vendor Central operations across UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and US marketplaces • Monitor account health, product availability, ASIN performance, listing status, and internal dashboards • Maintain and update product listings and ensure high Item Data Quality • Investigate and resolve suppressed, inactive, incomplete, and problematic listings • Keep priority and revenue-generating ASINs live, visible, and operational • Resolve compliance, delivery, chargeback, catalogue, product availability, and listing-status issues • Monitor and address Buy Box issues • Manage Amazon compliance requirements, deadlines, listing removals, and account risks • Raise, manage, and follow up on Amazon support cases • Handle copyright claims and report unauthorised product copies • Create and update A+ Content using company-provided imagery and assets • Review reports and data to identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities • Maintain records of actions, issues, account updates, and follow-ups • Use spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, ChatGPT, and Claude to prioritise and support operational tasks • Communicate progress, escalate complex issues, and improve Amazon account management processes • Support Amazon purchase-order processing, ERP and IT systems training, and liaison with third-party warehouses in the UK and USA

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong experience supporting Amazon operations across international marketplaces, ideally the UK, European, or US marketplaces • Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central, including account administration, listing management, and operational issue resolution • Advanced Excel skills and experience with integrated dashboards or ERP systems • Strong understanding of ASIN management, account health, product availability, catalogue management, compliance, and listing status • Practical experience resolving listing errors, suppressed products, catalogue issues, and other Amazon operational problems • Experience with Amazon support cases, chargebacks, delivery-related issues, and compliance processes • Strong understanding of product listing optimisation, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, product attributes, A+ Content, and IDQ • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, with a clear understanding of its differences from Vendor Central • Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational reports to identify issues, analyse information, and prioritise tasks • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate product information and records across multiple marketplaces • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the patience and persistence to investigate complex or repetitive platform issues • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, follow established processes, and meet deadlines
