📋 Description

• Work collaboratively between functions to give suppliers the best experience • Manage the mailbox, various Slack channels and queries within SLA • Set up and maintain supplier accounts • Process invoices and PayCargo • Manage selected freight supplier accounts • Assist internal and external stakeholders with invoice disputes and queries • Assist the team with reconciling supplier statements • Assist the FinOps Manager with project work • Provide cover for the team when needed • Complete other ad hoc tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous AP experience or willingness to learn (training provided) • Good knowledge of AP procedures, controls, double entry and audit requirements • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritise, time manage and meet SLA’s set • Ability to communicate with the team and keep everyone updated • Ability to work on own initiative and with the team • Comfortable with face-to-face meetings and picking up the phone as opposed to always emailing • Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly manner on the phone and email • Holds themselves accountable • Comfortable working in Google Suite rather than Microsoft • Comfortable with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
