📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Databricks services in the customer's environment. • Implement advanced capabilities such as Unity Catalog, AI/ML models, Delta Sharing, automated identity management (AIM/SCIM) and budget policies for cost governance and tagging. • Collaborate with Databricks and customer platform teams to enhance and enable secure data sharing. • Support the design and optimization of networking between Databricks environments. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve user experience, service provisioning models and new Databricks platform capabilities. • Coordinate initiatives across teams to enable AI-driven workflows and advanced analytics capabilities within Databricks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms or platform architecture. • Hands-on experience with Databricks or equivalent modern data platforms. • Strong expertise in Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing, Compute (classic and serverless), Microsoft Entra ID (SCIM/AIM) and Azure networking. • Practical experience with Databricks components, including SQL Warehouses, processing clusters, notebooks and Data Lake architecture. • Strong understanding of data governance, access control models and FinOps best practices. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
