• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to inventory management and warehouse operations. • Configure and parameterize the Oracle Cloud Inventory (INV) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules. • Perform gap analysis, define solutions, and create functional process designs. • Lead workshops, alignment meetings, and validation sessions with business stakeholders. • Support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities. • Prepare functional documentation, configuration specifications, process flows, and training materials. • Provide post-go-live support, identifying and resolving incidents and improvement opportunities. • Ensure integration of inventory and warehouse processes with other Oracle Cloud SCM modules. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and solution evolution. • Support key users and operational teams in using the system.
• Proven experience in implementation or support projects for Oracle Cloud Inventory (INV) and/or Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) modules. • Knowledge of processes including goods receipt; stock movement and transfers; inventory control and traceability; picking; shipping; and physical and cycle counting. • Experience in requirements gathering and functional solution design. • Experience with integration testing, validation, and user support. • Ability to prepare functional documentation and conduct training. • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) best practices.
