📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and evolve solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Build and manage journeys in Journey Builder, including high-complexity scenarios • Develop and maintain automations using Automation Studio • Create SQL queries for segmentation, data handling, enrichment, and transformation • Develop solutions using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), JavaScript, and APIs • Create and maintain CloudPages, landing pages, and custom components • Develop templates and components for HTML emails, ensuring responsiveness and email client compatibility • Structure and manage Data Extensions, relational Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and data relationships • Configure and maintain multi-BU environments • Develop and sustain integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems and platforms • Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs • Develop solutions for Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging • Integrate and utilize data from Salesforce Loyalty, Sales Cloud, and Commerce Cloud • Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and remediation of failures in automations, journeys, integrations, and data processes • Support technical maintenance and continuous platform evolution • Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and stability • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Data, Salesforce, and other technical teams • Support technical definitions, solution architecture, and development best practices • Implement data governance, consent, opt-in/opt-out, and privacy best practices • Document developed solutions, integrations, processes, and components • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation of CRM and Marketing Automation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Experience with SQL applied to Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Advanced knowledge of AMPscript • Experience with Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) • Knowledge of JavaScript • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations • Experience with HTML for email and CloudPages • Experience with Journey Builder, including medium- and high-complexity journeys • Advanced experience with Automation Studio • Knowledge of Contact Builder • Experience with Data Extensions and data modeling/relationships • Experience with integrations and troubleshooting in Marketing Cloud • Experience in multi-BU environments • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud integration with Salesforce Loyalty, Sales Cloud, and Commerce Cloud • Knowledge of data architecture and data flows within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem • Ability to analyze technical issues and propose solutions autonomously • Experience with MobilePush and MobilePush SDK is desirable • Knowledge of Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging is desirable • Experience with Custom Activities is desirable • Knowledge of integrations with external data platforms and digital channels is desirable • Experience with GCP and BigQuery is desirable • Knowledge of Looker or similar Analytics/BI tools is desirable • Experience with Einstein features for Marketing Cloud is desirable • Knowledge of data governance and data quality is desirable • Knowledge of consent strategies, opt-in/opt-out and LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) is desirable • Experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, and Marketing Automation projects is desirable • Knowledge of data architecture and integration across different sources and systems is desirable • Intermediate to advanced English is a plus
