📋 Description

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for hardware, components, and operational equipment, from sourcing and purchase orders to delivery. • Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tracking, and stock planning to ensure critical components are always available. • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, customs, import/export documentation, taxes, duties, and logistics partners. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing where appropriate, and proactively follow up on orders and deliveries. • Track procurement costs, transportation expenses, and vendor performance, providing accurate reporting and visibility to leadership. • Develop and improve procurement, inventory, and logistics processes to support the company's rapid growth. • Ensure all administrative aspects of logistics and procurement are handled accurately, including documentation, invoices, shipping records, and compliance. • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or operations management. • Experience managing international procurement and logistics in a fast-paced technology, manufacturing, hardware, or similar environment. • Strong understanding of inventory management, supplier management, shipping processes, customs, import/export regulations, and cost tracking. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and external vendors. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems is a strong plus. • Fluent in English. • Proactive, hands-on problem solver who enjoys building efficient operational processes. • Ability to anticipate supply chain issues before they become blockers. • Structured operator with strong ownership and a continuous improvement mindset. • Comfortable working in a high-growth, international, remote-first environment.
