📋 Description

• Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming requests, warm prospects). • Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, and reminders). • Quickly qualify restaurant owners' business needs. • Clearly present RusHour's offerings and their value proposition. • Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing. • Update the CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline tracking. • Meet and exceed monthly contract-signing targets. • Quickly ramp up on our products, market, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money. • Comfortable on the phone, with a real ability to persuade. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment. • Results- and performance-oriented mindset. • Experience in B2B sales / closing / cold calling is a plus but not required. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable.
