📋 Description

• Architect and lead the onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring they have the tools, access, and training needed to succeed immediately. • Manage operations to meet local legal standards and lead security compliance processes (SOC2, data privacy audits, etc.). • Own the annual performance review cycle, implementing frameworks that drive professional growth and transparent feedback. • Serve as the primary point of contact for our international contractors, managing relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and morale. • Partner with Recruiting to analyze hiring needs, monitor retention metrics, and refine our overall talent strategy. • Champion a positive, inclusive remote work environment that aligns with our global values.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR Management, preferably within remote-first startups. • Your HR experience must be in a remote capacity. • You must be available to work full-time during PST (Pacific Standard Time) business hours. • You are currently based in Latin America (LATAM). • Flawless professional English (written and verbal). • Deep understanding of international contractor engagement models, compliance, and labor nuances. • Proven ability to manage conflict, build trust, and maintain high "happiness" scores. • Ability to interpret retention rates and hiring metrics to provide actionable strategic insights.
