📋 Description

• Spearhead the growth and management of the Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Author Representation and Access portfolio • Oversee distribution strategies, external marketing materials, and internal knowledge bases such as SharePoint sites and websites • Maintain the central instrument database, including COA profiles, licensing terms, and historical project data • Recommend and help implement policies and procedures to improve licensing service efficiency, quality, and profitability • Cultivate relationships with copyright holders, developers, and distributors • Research and document licensing fees, translation requirements, and developer availability for third-party COAs • Liaise with stakeholders to secure information and permissions while managing expectations • Manage the end-to-end quotation process and prepare cost estimates for distributed scales • Advise project teams on COA licensing risks, fees, developer responsiveness, and timelines • Adhere to QMS requirements, including ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 standards • Mentor, support, and train junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Sales, Marketing, Social or Applied Science, or another related field • At least one to two years of professional experience in licensing and permissions, business development, or strategic partnerships • Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal and professional communication skills • Strong analytical and investigative skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience with shared knowledge bases such as SharePoint • Direct experience in life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or translation/localization • Direct experience with copyright, intellectual property, or licensing agreements • Specific knowledge of or experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 17100
