📋 Description

• Independently manage complex Linguistic Validation projects from initiation through final delivery • Act as the primary client contact and maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope and to expected quality standards • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project trackers and documentation • Manage project budgets, invoicing and change orders to ensure financial control and profitability • Identify, manage and escalate project risks, resource constraints and quality issues • Coordinate and support cross-functional project teams • Support coaching and mentoring of junior team members • Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to proposals and revenue expansion • Improve processes, localization practices and ways of working • Maintain accurate project and client KPI information across relevant systems • Ensure delivery meets client requirements and RWS processes and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of Project Management experience or experience in a similar role • Experience independently managing complex projects in a structured, deadline-driven environment • Strong knowledge of Linguistic Validation processes and stakeholders • Strong client management/customer service experience, with confidence acting as the main client contact • Experience with budget management, project financials and profitability • Strong project planning, organization and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to complex projects and changing priorities • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders • Ability to identify risks, delivery challenges and process improvement opportunities • Degree or qualification in Project Management, Business or a related area, or equivalent professional experience • Experience with translation management systems, CAT tools and AI-assisted productivity tools is desirable • PMP certification and fluency in an additional language are advantageous
