📋 Description

• Support monthly and year-end payroll processing • Resolve payroll issues and perform root cause analysis • Support payroll testing, statutory updates, and payroll reconciliations • Manage the complete DSN lifecycle, including monthly and event-based declarations • Handle DSN reporting for sick leave, maternity leave, and terminations • Monitor DSN transmissions through B2A Manager and manage CRM feedback files • Ensure compliance with French statutory reporting requirements • Manage URSSAF reporting and social security contributions • Support PAS income tax withholding • Process CRM files and ensure accurate calculation of Net Imposable and payroll taxes • Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, features, constants, payroll functions, and operations • Support payroll enhancements, integrations, and statutory changes • Manage French payroll master data, including NIR, Cadre/Non-Cadre processing, social contribution setup, PAS-related data, PCS-ESE codes, SIRET assignments, DSN-required contract data, pénibilité factors, and maternity, paternity, and parental leave processing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience • 3+ years of hands-on France Payroll experience • Strong knowledge of DSN & B2A Manager • Strong knowledge of PAS (Withholding Tax) • Strong knowledge of URSSAF Reporting • Strong knowledge of French Labor Law & Social Contributions • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP • Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and PCC • Experience with payroll production support and statutory compliance
