📋 Description

• Design and build the agent orchestration layer, including workflow state, event-driven agent execution, and next-best-action logic. • Integrate LLMs behind a provider-agnostic layer using Anthropic, OpenAI, and Writer.ai, with structured outputs, tool-calling, retries, and model routing. • Transform documents, transcripts, and records into structured, reliable data. • Build human-in-the-loop approval flows. • Set up evaluation and tuning loops to improve agent behavior based on evidence. • Collaborate with frontend, product, and client stakeholders to ship end to end.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications, including tool-calling, structured output, RAG, and prompt iteration. • 5+ years shipping production software. • Strong engineering experience; TypeScript/Node is used, with Python and other ecosystems welcomed. • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.js, Vercel AI SDK, or Mastra. • Experience with provider SDKs including Anthropic and OpenAI. • Experience designing scalable systems on AWS. • Track record working with unstructured data, including parsing, extraction, and validation. • Eval-driven approach to measuring agent quality and iterating accordingly. • Strong English communication skills. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment. • Extra credit: experience in regulated or high-stakes domains, LLM evaluation harnesses, voice or transcript pipelines, document-heavy workflows, Next.js, Writer.ai, or open-source agent work.
